The WORST!

The website did not work when I placed an order so I called in. The representative was TERRIBLE! She was very ignorant, laughed at my message for my flowers, and was completely rude to me. She also could not place my order so I told her I didn't want it anymore and not to charge me. She said since there was no confirmation number I will not get charged. I went to another company to order flowers. However, the next day I checked my bank account and I see that I was charged. I called the company complaining about the situation and said that I could only get a refund if my recipient return the flowers. However, I told them that it would be rude to even ask her to give back the flowers and that it wasn't my fault that the order went through when I said I didn't want it in the first place. The woman who picked up the phone this time around said she was the manager and that she would fix this problem for me, and then after not knowing what to say anymore, she then tells me that she would call the manager and will get back to me later and hung up on me!! Uhh.. I thought she said that she was the manager? RIDICULOUS! LIARS AND AWFUL SERVICE!!!!! I kept calling back and they kept giving me attitude. This is the worst experience I ever had with any company. I want my refund!

Absolutely ridiculous
